My Story

My name is Laurén Gamba and I have a great passion for people. Born and raised in the Western Cape, I completed my degree and honours in geology, booked a one way ticket up-country and worked as a coal production geologist for 6 years. In this time I got married and had my daughter.

I made a career change and worked as a business improvement specialist for a further 2 years and certified as a lean six sigma blackbelt. I decided to go back into production as a geologist, resigned and moved to a different province. Along the way I developed a passion for mentoring and coaching graduates and even more experienced employees. And so I decided to follow my passion and coach others to greatness.
